Sync2Hire is fully integrated with your ATS's Candidate and Application data. As candidates apply to your job postings or prospect , referred candidates are added to specific jobs these changes are instantly reflected in Sync2Hire. The following candidate and application data information is synchronized with your ATS:

  • Candidate Id

  • Associated Job Id

  • Application Date

  • Application Status

  • Rejected Date

  • Rejected Reason

  • Candidate Name

  • Candidate Email

  • Candidate Phone

  • Candidate Link (Linkedin & Resume)

Sync2Hire inherits your ATS’s candidate application status with timestamp, eliminating the need for any workflow or framework changes to utilize Sync2Hire’s collaboration and communication features. For instance, if certain candidate move from Phone Interview to Final Interview, this status is reflected in the room for participants to review and communicate accordingly.
