Sync2Hire is fully integrated with your ATS's HR Employee data. As you work within your ATS and update user profiles or other employee information, these changes are instantly reflected in Sync2Hire. The following employee information is synchronized with your ATS:

• Employee Name

• Employee Email

• Employee Department

• Employee Status

• Employee Location

• Employee Number

• Employee Roles (User permissions within your ATS)

Sync2Hire inherits your ATS’s user permissions and roles, eliminating the need for any workflow or framework changes to utilize Sync2Hire’s collaboration and communication features. For instance, if certain users in your ATS have access only to specific departments or assigned jobs, this access is mirrored exactly in Sync2Hire.
