Platform notifications are available for unread messages both for Channel specific conversations or Direct Messages.

 

  1. Open Your Workspace: Go to the workspace where you manage your communications.

2- Check for Notifications: Platform notifications will alert you to any unread messages, keeping you up-to-date with all communications.
