If you lack an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Sync2Hire empowers you to create and post job listings directly within its platform.

How to Create and Post Job Listings Within the Sync2Hire Platform

  1. Create an Account and Log In: If you don't have an existing account, create one and log in.

  2. Access Sync2Hire: Navigate to "Connections" and select "Sync2Hire" from the dropdown menu.

  1. Name Your Workspace: Assign a descriptive name to your workspace within the Sync2Hire platform.

Note: Even without an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Sync2Hire offers several ATS-like capabilities, including:

  • Adding team members

  • Posting and listing jobs

  • Adding candidates
