Integration with Sync2Hire allows the job, candidate and application detail to sync with Lever and Sync2Hire which further team members to start creating rooms, communicating and collaborating about the jobs and applicants or assigned candidates to improve the velocity and compliance of hiring process.

Jobs along with departments , regions, job status, and assigned candidate (applicant) will be available to start collaborating. Sync2Hire inherits company permissions within Lever; hence only assigned Jobs will appear to collaborate and streamline the hiring process. If a user is not assigned to a particular job within their company in Lever, these jobs will not display in users Sync2Hire account.
