Sync2Hire allows you to download the transcript of the conversation with a certain channel. This allows track of record and compliance for talent acquisition and hiring process.
1- Navigate to the channel you want to download the transcript of
2- Click on the manage option on top right
3- Select Integrations
4- Click Generate PDF and Download
After downloading the conversation from the room, it will be saved as a PDF, including a reference link. You can manually add this link to the related candidate's profile for easy access later. You can also download this pdf to your computer and add manually as a file to your ATS.
