Sync2Hire allows you to download the transcript of the conversation with a certain channel. This allows track of record and compliance for talent acquisition and hiring process.

2- Click on the manage option on top right
3- Select Integrations
4- Click Generate PDF and Download
After downloading the conversation from the room, it will be saved as a PDF, including a reference link. You can manually add sync this link transcript back to the related candidate's profile for easy access later. You can also download this pdf to your computer and add manually as a file to your ATS.
