1- Open Your Workspace: Go to the workspace where you manage communications.
2-Create a New Channel: Click the pencil icon or select a specific job to start a new channel.
3- Name the Channel: Enter a title for your new channel.
4- Tie the Channel to a Job: Select the job you’d like to associate with this channel.
5- Set Candidate Context: Choose a candidate relevant to this conversation. (Note: The candidate won’t be added to the channel, but this helps set context that the discussion is related to this specific applicant for the job.)

6-Choose Public or Private: Decide if the channel should be public (visible to everyone assigned to the job in the ATS) or private (accessible only to selected participants).
