Sync2Hire allows enables you to add create a channel that are tied to a particular job where all the context around these channels would be around that particular job (job-specific channel, where all communication and context—such as candidates, application status, hiring managers and etc…)
1- Navigate to the workspace that you want to manage your communication of
2- Click on pencil icon or a specific job to create a channel.
3- Enter a title for the Channel
4- Select the Job that you want to tie the channel for.
5- Select the candidate that you want to relate this conversation to. (This does not mean that the candidate is in the channel to communiate, this is to set context that this conversation will be about this particular job for this particular applicant.
6- Select if you want the channel to be public or private. Public channels are visible to everyone who is assigned to this particular job in the ATS. Private channels are only available for participants. and hiring managers—are focused on that particular role.

1- Open Your Workspace: Go to the workspace where you manage communications.
2-Create a New Channel: Click the pencil icon or select a specific job to start a new channel.
3- Name the Channel: Enter a title for your new channel.
4- Tie the Channel to a Job: Select the job you’d like to associate with this channel.
5- Set Candidate Context: Choose a candidate relevant to this conversation. (Note: The candidate won’t be added to the channel, but this helps set context that the discussion is related to this specific applicant for the job.)
