Sync2Hire’s integration allows you to sync Employee, Job, Candidate and Application data from SAP Success Factors Successfactors to Sync2Hire in order for users to communicate and collaborate to streamline the post application hiring process.
- Create a hub (a.k.a workspace) and Enabling the Sync2HireIntegration
- Sync employee, job, candidate and application data
- Raise support ticket and reach out to support for troubleshooting with integration issues.
Creating a hub and Enabling the Sync2Hire Integration
Generate Ready API Key (this can be obtained from within Ready):

Fill out Application Name & Application URL (what actually goes in these fields is not important, except that the URL has to begin with https://)
Click Generate X.509 Certificate. Fill out Common Name (the name doesn't matter) and hit Generate

Enter your Client ID and Secret into the integration authorization component as shown below:
Step 2: Create a Workspace Connection in Sync2hire
Navigate to Workspaces
Select New
...
Name your workspace (e.g. Company Name)
...
and click add (+ icon)
Select SAP Successfactors from the list
Add your username, password, Company ID and API URL
