As a Sync2Hire user you can always adjust the permissions of users that are participating in a channel that is created by you.
1- Navigate to the channel that you are communicating.

2- Click on the participants and select the permissions of a participant based on your needs
Write permission; allows participants to write and communicate within the channel.
Manage permission; allows participant to add and remove participants and communicate within the channel.
View permission; allows participant to view all the messages but not able to add / remove participants and communicate within the channel.
